What We Do
- We automate the collection of key application metadata securely into a central repository of your choice.
- We then apply machine learning and advanced analytics to spot anomalies and extreme behaviours of usage within certain applications.
- We generate automatic alerting and reporting to allow for verification and further analysis.
- We build profiles to assist HR/Security in the leaver process.
The application assesses behaviours in application usage, approaching the security risk element as humanly as possible.
How It Works
Metadata from key applications that individuals interact on a daily basis; such as email, document management systems, printers and removable storage systems are ingested into a central data repository.
The metadata is then collectively integrated as one entity and analysed on a continuous basis per individual and builds a baseline of application usage per person over an approved time period.
If a change in behaviour in application use is observed, the dataleaked application will then generate an alert -- as well as creating a customisable report with a history of the individual's application use.
The information can provided to the HR/Security department in both visualisation mode as well as in static reports.
The data collected can be interrogated by an approved person.

Monitoring Trends in Application and Data Usage
As well as the information security aspect, the metadata collected can be a valuable tool in determining and assisting an organisation to measure their growth and usage of toolsets and applications.
Traditional security still looks at defending an organisation from the perimeter in. However, the biggest risk an organisation faces continues to be information being leaked out of an organisation.

- Need a logical diagram stating how the service is setup
- Need a technical diagram stating what ports are used between the relevant servers
- Need to ensure that the application is secure
